Dave Pools offers a complete range of high-pressure pipes in various sizes to meet the demanding requirements of water supply, industrial process, irrigation, and infrastructure applications. Our high-pressure piping solutions are engineered to withstand elevated pressures while maintaining structural integrity and long-term reliability across the UAE and international markets.
High-pressure pipes are designed for applications requiring superior pressure-handling capabilities, from residential water supply to large-scale industrial systems. Available in multiple materials including PVC, HDPE (PE80/PE100), and PPR, our high-pressure pipes meet international standards and are suitable for pressures ranging from 6 bar to 25 bar depending on size and material specification.
Our high-pressure pipe inventory extends beyond standard sizes, offering specialized dimensions, custom pressure ratings, and pipes suited for unique applications. We also provide intermediate sizes (1-3/4", 2-1/2", 5", etc.), larger diameters (14", 16", 18", 20", 24"+), special SDR ratings, custom lengths, color-coded pipes for system identification, integral jointing systems, pre-insulated pressure pipes, and UV-protected formulations.
If you need a specific size or custom specification, our technical team is ready to help. They can recommend the optimal pipe size for your application, provide hydraulic calculations, supply custom configurations, arrange special orders for non-stock items, and offer complete technical design assistance.

Calculate your maximum working pressure including water hammer and surge pressure. Select a pipe with pressure rating at least 1.5x your maximum pressure for safety factor. Consider temperature derating if operating above 20°C.
Both indicate pressure capacity. Class (used for PVC) and PN (used for HDPE/PPR) represent maximum pressure in bar at 20°C. They're essentially equivalent: Class 10 = PN 10 = 10 bar.
Nominal sizes are similar, but wall thicknesses vary. A 2" Class 10 PVC has different wall thickness than 63mm PN 10 HDPE. Always verify actual dimensions for your specific material and pressure rating.
